Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Carrier: We ship via USPS for all orders.

Shipping Restrictions: Buzzed Lion's Buds ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally.

THCA Gummies & Hemp Edibles — Available for shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

THCA Flower — Due to state-specific restrictions on hemp-derived flower products, we do not ship THCA Flower to the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that hemp-derived THCA products are legal in their state or locale before placing an order. Orders placed from restricted states for flower products will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through Buzzed Lion's Buds are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Buzzed Lion's Buds sells hemp-derived THCA products, which are consumable goods. For the safety and integrity of all customers, we are unable to accept returns or restock any opened or used products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at buzzedlionsbuds@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds except where required by law.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Buzzed Lion's Buds is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed promptly. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
